Belfield Developments is a small, passionate team dedicated to creating thoughtfully designed homes across the South West.
Because we are a, small, close-knit team, we are personally involved in every stage of our projects, from the early ideas and planning through to the final details that make a house feel like home. This hands-on approach allows us to focus on quality and the little touches that truly matter.
We specialise in new-build homes and carefully renovated properties, always aiming to create spaces that are practical, welcoming and built to last.

Meet Our Team
Kate plays a key role at Belfield, working closely with Justin across all aspects of the business to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
She has 4 years’ experience in the construction industry, previously working for a large housebuilder where she gained valuable experience as an Office Manager and PA to MD. This background has given her a strong understanding of the industry and the organisation required to keep projects and teams moving forward.
Kate is responsible for keeping the business on track day-to-day. She manages the business, supports the coordination of projects, and is often involved in the marketing and sale of our homes, including running the company’s social media. She also oversees customer care, working closely with homeowners, suppliers and contractors to ensure everything is delivered to the high standards Belfield prides itself on.
Camilla Raven – Creative Director
Camilla is the Creative Director at Belfield and is responsible for bringing the design vision of our homes to life.
She focuses on ensuring every Belfield home not only looks beautiful, but also functions in the best possible way for modern living. From layouts and finishes to the smaller design details, she carefully considers how each space will be used to create homes that feel both stylish and practical.
Her aim is to ensure Belfield homes stand apart from the typical new-build property. By combining thoughtful design with a strong focus on functionality, Camilla helps create homes that feel unique, well considered and enjoyable to live in.
Working closely with the wider team, she plays an important role in shaping the overall look and feel of our developments, helping ensure every Belfield home is both distinctive and designed with everyday living in mind.
Caroline Thomas – Financial Accountant
Caroline is Belfield’s Accountant and has been part of the team since the very beginning. She plays a vital role in keeping the financial side of the business running smoothly.
From managing cash flow to overseeing payment runs, she ensures the financial foundations of Belfield are always in order.
She works closely with the team to keep everything on track and provides the guidance and support needed for the business to operate efficiently.
Caroline is the go-to person for anything finance related and her knowledge, reliability and attention to detail make her an invaluable part of the Belfield team. Having supported the business from day one, she is truly worth her weight in gold.
Samantha West – Assistant Accountant
Samantha is the Assistant Accountant at Belfield Developments and plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day financial management of the business.
She is responsible for managing invoices and preparing payment runs, ensuring everything is organised, accurate and processed on time.
Working closely alongside Caroline, she helps keep the financial side of Belfield running efficiently and supports the smooth management of supplier and contractor payments.
Her attention to detail and organised approach help ensure the team can focus on delivering high-quality homes, knowing the financial administration behind the scenes is in safe hands.
Kirsty Piercy – Executive Assistant
Kirsty is Belfield’s Executive Assistant and has worked alongside the business for a number of years, giving her a strong understanding of how the company operates.
She supports the team with a variety of ad hoc projects and plays an important role in liaising with investors and assisting Justin with potential opportunities.
Through her work, Kirsty helps ensure communication and coordination run smoothly across different areas of the business.
Alongside her role with Belfield, Kirsty runs her own successful administration business, bringing a wealth of organisational expertise and flexibility to the team.
Her long-standing relationship with Belfield means she knows the business inside out and remains a valued part of the wider team.
